We know how important it is to look after the world, so being eco-friendly and environmentally conscious is a big part of our ethos.
We use carbon neutral printing presses, use professional, reliable waste management companies so plastic drums become pipes, aluminium plates become car parts, wooden pallets are turned into chipboard and printing blankets become safety surfaces for children’s play areas.
We are accredited by some of the world’s biggest environmental bodies and are always seeking new ways to do more good.
Here’s some of the other ways we’re sustainable here at FOX:
Accreditations and associations
We’re proud to be associated with and accredited by some of the most prestigious bodies for print and environmental impact in the world.
Quality Management
ISO 9001
This accreditation means that we’re recognised for offering a high standard of product and customer service, a process-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, too.
Environmental impact
ISO 14001
We’re certified by ISO 14001 which means we’re committed to minimising how our operations could negatively impact the environment. We pride ourselves on being eco-conscious and are continually seeking to improve how we do things to ensure we’re putting the environment at the top of our priority list.
Security
ISO 27001
The ISO 27001 is an international standard on how to manage information security. The certificate means we securely manage information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection, and continue to maintain and improve our information security management system.
Postage
Mailmark® accredited
Mailmark is the new state-of-the-art barcode technology that provides an extra dimension of information, and helps you to reduce your postage costs.
Forest protection
FSC® Forest Stewardship Council®
With a lot of our work happening on paper, it’s important to us that we work to protect forests. That’s why we’re associated with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). By working with them, we ensure our products are sustainable and sourced responsibly.
Wood (which makes paper) is one of the world’s great sustainable products. There are many reasons why paper is good for the environment and for the economy, especially these days when virgin fibres are sustainably sourced, controlled, managed, & certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Don’t just take our word for it;

Carbon balanced paper
Using carbon balanced paper, we’re able to reduce our environmental impacts and those of our customers. Carbon Balancing (offsetting) can be applied to all of our papers and boards.
The offsetting fees go to the World Land Trust (WLT), an international conservation charity that protects the world’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats. This supports FSC by helping to protect our natural forests and wildlife.
