FOX builds central online hub to deliver consistent brand image across the world
The Background
SThree plc is an international specialist staffing organisation providing permanent and contract specialist staffing services across the world and operating under a number of brands including Computer Futures, Progressive, Real Staffing Group and Huxley Associates. SThree and their respective brands felt that their corporate stationery and marketing material was inconsistent with various standards of design, materials, and colour depending on where they were produced. SThree asked FOX to develop a system that gave greater central control and ensured consistency of finished product.
The Solution
FOX built an SThree branded online web-to-print platform allowing over 2,500 employees to access and order pre-approved, multilingual templates which could be updated via text entry and multiple dropdown menus. With everything manufactured in the UK, FOX were able to standardise the quality of materials and colour management.
The system restricted visibility by user groups, enabling all brands to be on one central system with order authorisation to prevent misuse.
The Results
All brands under the SThree umbrella now had access to approved, multilingual design templates that could be easily be updated. Products could be ordered instantly and dispatched on a next day basis. All corporate stationery delivered globally was consistent using high quality stock and colour control improving their corporate image and brand identity.
